Business transformation shows us that it’s not only about implementing new technologies, but also about deeper changes in corporate culture itself and a stronger focus on customer needs. This perspective is shared by Vladimír Fuchs, our CSO.
In the current episode of the BrandStories podcast on CzechCrunch, for example, he discusses how we are expanding our business activities into commercial markets and have now begun offering our products in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS). This step represents a significant strategic shift in our business.
“Transitioning to the SaaS model allows us to reach more customers and offer them solutions that are modern and flexible,” explains Vladimír Fuchs. At the same time, he highlights the importance of understanding clients’ diverse needs and being able to respond quickly to dynamic market changes. This approach differs from traditional government contracts, where the main priority was precise implementation based on specified requirements.
“This sales model also brings certain challenges, such as the need for product standardization,” Vladimír admits. “Standardization requires higher development and security costs, but in return, it enables us to offer more affordable and more easily implementable solutions.”
