On October 17 HRko welcomed over 1000 HR professionals in the new setting of the multifunctional Gong auditorium. OKbase shone at the Festival of HR Solutions, filling its OKbase room to capacity during the lectures. Read the summary and watch the videos.
New location, triple participation
The HRko 2024 event, nicknamed Black edition, has moved from the luxurious Poklad cultural house in Ostrava-Poruba to the heart of the unique industrial area of Dolní Vítkovice. The environment of the Gong Auditorium made it possible to triple the capacity and make the conference an unforgettable event, for which thousands of participants did not hesitate to come from all over the country.
"I need to be in 3 places at once!"
The day's programme covered a range of topical issues: the use of AI, tips for effective recruitment and employee engagement, employment law, employee training and development, corporate and personal well-being and, of course, tools for optimising HR processes.
There were charismatic speakers, great case studies and workshops. All of this took place simultaneously on several stands, in many lecture rooms and booths on 3 floors. It was really hard to make a schedule and see everything.
OKbase has traditionally partnered with the HR Solutions Festival, sponsored the OKbase Festival stage and we have welcomed many lovely guests, partners and customers in our own OKbase room. In addition to this, we organized 5 lectures.

We focused on tools for effective management of HR agendas using OKbase and also heard a frank evaluation of our system and services from the main HR personalities of Velká pecka s.r.o. (known as Rohlik.cz). For those who couldn't be there, we recorded all the presentations and they are now available on the OKbase YouTube channel.

Beforeparty and interactivity thanks to Eventee
The event kicked off on Wednesday evening with a great Beforeparty at BrickHouse DOV, where a concert, competitions and a Latin dance workshop added to the fun.
The dynamism of the event was supported by the Eventee mobile app, which replaced the printed catalogue. It allowed up-to-date sharing of guest and exhibitor contributions and invaluably connected visitors with each other.
Interest and enthusiasm on all fronts
This year's edition saw a huge interest not only in the lectures themselves, but also in networking and exchanging experiences among the participants. There was also excellent catering and interesting competitions that attracted attention and entertained guests throughout the day. Immediately after the conference, LinkedIn was filled with enthusiastic responses from participants who praised the quality of the content and the organisation.
HRko 2024 simply confirmed that it is a prestigious event for all HR professionals. The organization led by the team of Petr Juříček and Jirka Kratochvíl was second to none, and we at OKsystem are very happy to have been a part of it again.
