In the latest version of Checkbot 5.3. we have focused on user experience – modifying its design and simplifying operation in many areas. As usual, there are also new functionalities introduced in this version.
At first let's put the predictive maintenance of gearboxes, the feature which is very close to Industry 4.0 concept. Another innovations are the monitoring of recovered energy and diagnosis of individual jobs, evaluating the level of robot load. The application will also notify you in time if the battery needs to be replaced or if the controller cooling fans are malfunctioning.
In the area of data visualization, new types of graphs are introduced, which allow you improved data analysis. You can easily analyze the frequency of errors on individual devices, monitor the maxima and minima of individual measured values, evaluate data in detail in minute intervals and more. All monitored values are shown in dashboards that are customized to allow for a clearer display of the desired information. Similarly, we have redesigned and simplified file backup functionality and dashboards.
